"Where's my order" or "Can you give me an estimated delivery?"
Our products typically take 7-10 days to manufacture and to ship. If there is an additional lead-time, it will be posted on the front page of our website letting all of our customers know up front that there may be a delay. All lead times are in standard business days, so that doesn't include weekends. If the time has passed and you still didn't receive a shipping notice via email...don't worry, we didn't forget you, just a little more behind than anticipated.
"Can I customize my kit or system?"
Our name isn't Northcoast CUSTOM arcades for nothing! We can customize anything. If you want a custom control panel layout, speaker cutouts, coin door...we can do it for a nominal customization fee of $45. If you need something a little more elaborate, such as changing the overall width, height or style (or just need something completely new)...contact us right away for a quote!
"Do you have a showroom?"
Our whole shop is a showroom in my opinion! But if you are looking for something specific, we typically build to order..which means it ships as soon as it is assembled and tested. If you are local and want to see something before making a purchase...give us a call and we can make arrangements.
